We collect information you provide directly to us and information generated when you use the Service:
- Account data: name, email address, authentication credentials
- Documents: files you upload for analysis
- Payment data: processed securely through Stripe — we never store card numbers
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, device type, IP address
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service
- To analyze documents on your behalf using AI
- To send transactional emails (account, receipts, alerts you set up)
- To detect fraud and maintain security
- To respond to your support requests
We do not use your documents to train AI models without your explicit consent.
Documents you upload are used solely to provide the analysis you requested. We do not read, review, or share your documents with any third party other than the AI processing service (Anthropic) needed to generate the analysis.
You can delete your documents at any time from your dashboard. Deleted documents are removed from our servers within 30 days.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), Firebase Authentication, and Stripe for payment security. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong password and keep your credentials private.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Data portability
