By accessing or using LifeDoc ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.
LifeDoc provides AI-powered document analysis tools to help users understand contracts, leases, and legal agreements. LifeDoc is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Analysis results are informational only and should not be relied upon as legal counsel.
You should consult a licensed attorney for legal advice specific to your situation.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering and to update that information as needed.
Pro and Enterprise plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
- Trial plans ($1.49 for 7 days) auto-convert to the full subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by LifeDoc and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of documents you upload. By uploading, you grant LifeDoc a limited license to process and analyze the content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LifeDoc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analysis results will be accurate or complete.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the dashboard.
